** Eighteen adults/adolescents and 2 children developed AIDS after receiving blood screened negative for HIV antibody. One additional adult developed AIDS after receiving tissue from an HIV-infected donor who screened negative for HIV antibody.

"Undetermined" refers to patients whose mode of exposure to HIV is unknown.
